Life feels a whole lot smoother when you give yourself at least one dedicated moment each week to reset. Not a full deep-clean, not a huge overhaul — just a simple ritual that gets your home, meals, and mind ready for the days ahead.
This is my Timeless Weekly Reset, the routine I personally use and recommend through Timeless Solutions. It’s simple, realistic, and doesn’t take all day… but WOW does it make a difference.
There are weeks where I have the time (and the energy) to do my entire Weekly Reset in one day. One peaceful, productive block that sets the tone for the days ahead.
And then there are the weeks where all I can give myself is 20 minutes, and that’s enough.
That’s the beauty of this routine: it stretches or shrinks depending on your life.
You can do it all on a Sunday.
You can split it across Monday–Friday.
You can sprinkle it into your mornings or evenings.
Whether you’re doing it on Sundays, Wednesdays, or whatever day feels right, here’s the exact flow — plus how to divide it throughout the week if time is tight.
1. Tidy & Refresh the Main Spaces (20–40 minutes)
This is a quick reset meant to bring your home back to neutral.
✔ Pick up anything out of place
✔ Fold blankets, fluff pillows
✔ Quick wipe of surfaces
✔ Run the dishwasher or empty it
✔ Take out trash + recycling
I’m not scrubbing baseboards, I’m simply bringing everything back to center so the week starts clean, calm, and functional.
2. Weekly Laundry Reset (1–2 loads)

✔ Wash: clothes + towels + sheets
✔ Power through folding with your favorite audio book, podcast, or TV.
✔ Prep outfits for early-morning days
Timeless tip: laundry can be an easy habit stacker on top of another reset. Ex.: start a load, then tidy and refresh your main spaces. Your load will be done as you tackle other parts of your home.
3. Kitchen Reset + Fridge Sweep (15 minutes)
A clean kitchen truly sets the tone for the entire week.
✔ Throw out/ compost expired food or old leftovers
✔ Wipe fridge shelves and drawers quickly
✔ Write a grocery list to restock your basics (milk, eggs, bread, etc)
✔ Clean out your sink fully (Check out my toxin-free cleaning solutions)
4. Meal Planning for the Week (10–15 minutes)

Super simple and flexible, a meal plan that works for you!
I plan:
- 2–3 dinners
- 1–2 lunches (meal prep style or leftovers)
- Grab-and-go breakfasts
- 1 nutrition goal for the week (ex: I will add veggies to every meal I eat this week)
Then I build a mini grocery list based on what I already have. Here’s my downloadable weekly meal planner to help you set up for your week(:
5. Life Admin Reset (10–20 minutes)

Think of this as cleaning your mental clutter.
✔ Reply to any messages or emails you ignored
✔ Check bank accounts + upcoming bills
✔ Update calendar events
✔ Prep your gym bag / work bag
✔ Review your goals for the month
This part ALWAYS makes the biggest difference — you can’t start the week peacefully if your mind is messy.
6. Self-Care Reset (Optional but highly recommended)
This can be 5 minutes or 30.
✔ Quick shower or a relaxing bath
✔ Personal care, ex.: shaving, skin care, at home manicure, etc
✔ 1 minute of self alignment, ex.: breathwork, meditation, setting intentions, positive affirmations
This step makes the whole reset feel complete. Like you’re stepping into a fresh version of yourself.
Weekly Reset Flow (Full Reset OR Split Reset)
✔ Do it all in one day
or
✔ Divide the 5 steps across the week:
Monday: Home Tidy & Main Spaces
Tuesday: Laundry Reset
Wednesday: Kitchen + Fridge Sweep
Thursday: Meal Planning & Mini Prep
Friday: Admin + Life Reset
Weekend (optional): Self-care + catch-up
Even on your busiest weeks, giving yourself a focused 20-minute reset moment keeps your home and mind feeling lighter — without the pressure of doing it all at once.
Why a Weekly Reset Works
Because it gives you:
→ Higher mental clarity
→ Control over your schedule
→ Less stress during busy weekdays
→ A home that feels lighter and calmer
Small habits built up over time. And this weekly ritual is one of the easiest ways to stay consistent.
